The hotel is situated in a prime spot, perfect for enjoying the nightlife around Queens and not too far from the town center. The rooms are very well-equipped and spotlessly clean, but they can get a bit too hot at night. The service was warm and welcoming, especially the night team, although being accompanied to the room each time was a bit inconvenient. The dining options were limited, leaving room for improvement, but the location is extremely convenient for Queen's University and nearby bus stops to the center of Belfast.

I stayed at the hotel and found the location to be very convenient, close to the city center and university. The rooms were clean, but the bed was not very comfortable for the price charged. The service was excellent, with a friendly and accommodating staff. The dining experience had its ups and downs, as the Irish breakfast was delicious, but the availability and service during breakfast hours were lacking. Overall, a good stay with a few hiccups.
